Partner Colleges

If you are a member of staff from a partner college, please use the staff information button in the left hand menu to register your attendance for graduation.

You will need to use your LJMU username and password to enable you to register. Your username will be the first three letters of your department followed by your initial and then the first four letters of your surname. If you do not know your username then please contact the Computer Services helpdesk on 0151 231 5555.

If you have no used your LJMU account within the last 12 weeks, the password will have expired and as such, you will have to contact the Computer Services helpdesk to have your password changed/updated.

If you have never activated your LJMU account then you will need to complete the form available from the following link:

Completed forms should be sent together with a photograph to:

Once your application is processed you will be sent an LJMU franchise staff card, which will enable you to register on line.
